How do I book my wedding date with LG Artistry?

To officially reserve your date with LG Artistry, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. The retainer is applied toward your wedding day services and is reflected on your invoice.

Please note that no date is held without both the contract and retainer. Because we book on a first-come, first-served basis, availability can fill quickly — once your date is secured, it’s fully reserved and honored exclusively for you.

Do you travel?

We will travel to your home, hotel, or venue anywhere on Long Island, & beyond. Travel fees may apply, depending on the location.

When should I book my trial?

If your wedding date is already secured with LG Artistry, we recommend scheduling your Bridal Preview approximately 2–6 months before your wedding day. We will personally reach out around the six-month mark to coordinate your appointment and ensure a seamless experience.

If you prefer to schedule a Bridal Preview prior to officially booking, we encourage you to inquire as soon as possible. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured with a signed contract and retainer.

When and where do the Bridal Previews take place?

Your artist will travel directly to you for your Bridal Preview, bringing the full LG Artistry experience to the comfort of your own space. As weekends are dedicated to our bridal parties, previews are typically scheduled Monday through Thursday.

If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

How far in advance should I book LG Artistry?

Our calendar typically books 1-1.5 years in advance. Due to the high demand for our bridal services, availability is limited. We highly recommend reserving your date as early as possible to ensure your spot is secured and your wedding day is fully locked in with LG Artistry.

Who will be doing my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup?

Lauren is the lead artist for most bridal bookings. As long as her schedule allows, she will personally be your artist for the wedding day and will complete the bride’s makeup along with as many bridal party members as the timeline permits.

If Lauren is unavailable, one of our trusted senior artists — each trained to the same standard of expertise and brand aesthetic — will be assigned to your wedding. On the wedding day, your lead artist will focus on the bride and key VIPs, while an assistant artist will complete the remaining bridal party members to ensure we stay perfectly on schedule.

No matter who is on your glam team, every artist represents the same luxury experience, skill level, and signature LG Artistry style.

How much time does it take to do my makeup?

Each makeup application typically takes 30–45 minutes per person, depending on any requested add-ons such as individual lashes or tattoo coverage. The bride’s makeup is allotted additional time — approximately 1 to 1.5 hours — to ensure every detail is perfected and her look is flawlessly set for the day.

Do I need to supply my own makeup or lashes?

All makeup products are fully provided by LG Artistry, ensuring a luxury, professional-grade application from start to finish. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use, you’re welcome to bring it along.

For any allergies or sensitivities, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

The only product we recommend each client bring is their own lipstick, so you’ll have the perfect shade on hand for touch-ups throughout the day.

What if I am unsure of my final headcount?

You’re welcome to make adjustments to your headcount anytime from booking up until 90 days before your wedding.

At the 90-day mark, we’ll send your Final Details Questionnaire, which officially confirms your schedule, services, and headcount. Once your final details are submitted, everything is locked in — but until then, you have full flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your party size.

How should I prepare to have my makeup done?

It is asked that each client have a clean, make-up free face before sitting in the makeup chair. Skin preparation begins with a good skincare routine, especially before your wedding. If you’d like any recommendations, we would be happy to help!

Do you offer hair services?

We currently only offer makeup services at this time. However, our booked brides are given an elite list of preferred vendor recommendations that include amazing stylists who we love to work with!
